Hello and welcome to 2009. One step closer to 2012. Exciting and scary. What will happen?? Will it fade quietly by as Y2K did?? Is it just another scaremongering by the conspiracists?? The indigenous people of the world think not. The Hopi are calling all their people home. Apart from that, things are changing just as all the prophecies said they would. And its not all bad! People are beginning to realise that we cannot stand alone against the forces of the changes that we, primarily, have brought about. We need each other to move through it! People do still care. We see it everywhere as governments all over the Globe struggle to find kinder solutions than the globalisation that has let us down so badly. America, the land of the free market, and racial tension have elected a black man! That in itself shows people are having a change of heart. I came back to my laptop after a wonderful three weeks on the road in my housetruck overwhelmed by the work ahead but encouraged that the way was opening before us if we will but step on it. There are lots of people out there that need help to make the changes that will be required of them in the days and months ahead. People who, up until now, have put their own self growth as a low priority. No more. It is our commitment to self development that will give us the skills to walk through the crisis into the light at the other end. And there is a light there shining to guide us! So this brought up for me the issue of money. Some say charging is a mark of the value you place on yourself, and its true that if we don’t charge appropriately, we practitioners cant keep doing the work we do and survive. Some say money should not be charged for spiritual work of any kind. This thought is altruistic and would work if we lived in a money-less society that supported our shamans and wise elders freely. But we don’t at this point. I need money to live as you do, as we all do, at this point in our evolution.(Though I think a better system is around the corner somewhere). So I have been looking deeply at this issue. How to serve you and me appropriately? As a result I am coming to the conclusion that there is an ‘AND’ solution. That is, that for some services I will be lowering my prices at this stage.
For self growth sessions, whether they be shamanic, psychosynthesis, or counseling, I feel that my prices are right. I give 90 minute sessions to allow for safe recovery from deep work. This works out at $50 per hour which is commensurate with most other forms of alternative healing from massage onwards. So my fees will stay at $75 per session. I am however able to offer my services to disability allowance clients through my association with the NFSH, should that be approved by your doctor and WINZ. I offer all kinds of skills from counseling, through to deep shamanic journeying, and psychosynthesis therapy. Therefore whatever your issue, crisis through to desire for greater creative spiritual growth in your life, I am skilled to assist. I bring with me 25 years of experience in the field. The Munay Ki initiations, outlined below have been advertised at $250 per workshop (there are three workshops in each series). However, I feel that it is so important that everyone who is ready for this, get the opportunity to receive these rites to assist in their preparations to make the energetic transition that will be necessary by 2012, and coping in the meantime. The Munay Ki initiations are gifted to us from the Qu’eropeople of the Peruvian Andes.qero Like all indigenous people of the Americas, they have long understood the meaning of the Mayan calendar and its 2012 prophecy. On the 21st of December 2012 the calendar comes to an end with predictions of Earth and social changes, never before experienced by the human race. It tells of a ‘New Human’ that can come about on a different dimension of being. Known as the ‘Homo Luminous’, or Being of Light this next step in human evolution is brought about by changes to our existing energy structure deep within our DNA, within our chakra system. 600 years ago the Qu’ero fled to the Andes to keep the knowledge of the rites to bring this change about safe and hidden from the conquistadors who were intent on whipping out all indigenous knowing. In the middle of the 20th century the Qu’ero returned bringing their knowledge to the West. The time had come for us to receive it. They initiated AlbertoVillaldo of Chile, who commenced the Four Winds Society to carry out the process. Billie Dean of Australia, was initiated by them and she initiated me, Sparrowhawk (Jay Ray) of Dunedin.
I am now in a position to pass on these rites and changes on to those who are ready here to receive them. There are 9 rites (reminiscent of the “Celestine Prophecies” 9 Insights. Maybe that’s where the author of that book got it from). I will deliver 3 rites per weekend workshop, with training to match. The rites are followed up by mentoring to make sure that students cope well with the changes that occur as a result. These changes can be subtle and strong depending on what needs to shift inside the individual. The training includes 3 CD/DVD’s, handouts and a gem-quality ‘pi’ stone that you are given at the time of the 9th rite to permit you also to initiate when you feel ready to do so. (Mentor training in initiating others will be a follow-up workshop for those that feel ready.) Though the rites themselves are gifted freely, the time and training to prepare you to receive them and the mentoring afterwards must incur a fee for my time and expertise. The first of the three workshops will occur on March 14th and 15th, followed by Munay Ki 2 on April 5th and 6th, and Munay Ki 3 on May 2nd and 3rd. The fee for each workshop currently being charged by North Island initiators is$250 per workshop. In light of the current recession and the need for this to be available to people who are ready for it, and to honour and value my own needs also, I am setting the fee for this year at $150 which includes venue costs and all materials including the Pi stone. It took Druids 20 years of deep work to come to proficiency. I have been at it 25. Good things don’t happen overnight.
