My name is Sparrowhawk, also known as Jay Ray. Working in the field of Psychosynthesis since 1984, I built a busy practice in Sydney Australia where I had studied. I moved to the Blue Mountains in 1987, practicing there, until I moved to Dunedin in the South Island of Aotearoa/New Zealand in 1996. Coming here on holidays in 1992,  I  was so struck with the beauty of the Otago Peninsula that I moved here, selling everything I had in Australia. The spirit of  this place engendered in me an awakening that consolidated many years of moving towards Shamanism as a way of thought and life.
